Shipping Times

Customs & Import Fees

4. Returns & Refunds

Physical Products

• Since our products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement.

Digital Products

• Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed.
