At Harmonic Nexus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return and refund process in accordance with international consumer protection standards.
Returns
Return Window: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 calendar days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items: Some products (such as personal hygiene items, customized products, or opened software downloads) may not be eligible for return; please check product descriptions for details.
Return Request: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping:
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or a fulfillment error on our part, Harmonic Nexus will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling fees (if any) are non-refundable except for cases of defective merchandise or incorrect orders.
Exchanges
- Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to product availability.
- Please contact us to confirm availability before sending an exchange request.
Faulty or Damaged Products
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost.
International & Import Fees
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country upon delivery.

Taxes
VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Import duties and other taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Warranty
We provide a one-year limited warranty for our e-bike bundles covering manufacturing defects only.
